What data
Name, email, optional company name, postcode, chosen service/plan and message content. Hosting logs may briefly include IP addresses.
Purposes
Answering requests (site visit, waitlist, general questions) and taking pre-contractual steps. Legal basis: legitimate interest and/or pre-contractual measures (GDPR art. 6).
Retention
We keep contact requests as long as needed to reply and follow up, then up to 24 months unless a customer relationship starts (accounting retention then applies).
Sharing
We use Resend for transactional email and Hostinger for hosting. Analytics via Rybbit (privacy-friendly, no ad cookies). We do not sell data.
Analytics
We use Rybbit for aggregated usage metrics. It is intended to be privacy-friendly (no classic ad tracking cookies). Ask us for more detail anytime.
